How to Sync Shopify Store Product Images to Salesforce?

In this guide, you’ll learn how to seamlessly sync product images from Shopify to Salesforce. Whenever a product is created or updated in Shopify with an image attached, our integration automatically transfers that image to Salesforce , no manual effort required. The Synced Image will be stored under the Notes & Attachments section within the corresponding Salesforce product record. Simply follow the steps outlined in this guide to activate the feature and ensure a smooth, automated image sync experience.

Step 1 : Log into your Salesforce and Navigate to “SME Settings”.


Step 2 :
Go to “SME Pro Features”.


Step 3 :
Enable the Products Image Syncfeature toggle button.


Step 4 :
Navigate to the Shopify Store and create a new product, including an image and all required fields, and then save it.


Step 5 :
Copy the “Shopify ID” of the product.


Step 6 :
Search for the same product in Salesforce.


Step 7 :
Open the product record and navigate to the Related tab, then click the “Note & Attachments” section.


Step 8 :
The product image will be visible as an attachment under Notes & Attachments.
