How to Fulfill Orders from Shopify to Salesforce

Published on July 21, 2026
By Team Sync Made Easy 2 Mins Read

Keeping order fulfillment updated between Shopify and Salesforce can be difficult when the process is handled manually. Delays, missing fulfillment records, and inconsistent order data can make it harder for teams to track deliveries and provide timely customer updates.

With Shopify Salesforce integration, you can automate this process and keep both platforms aligned. Here are the steps to enable order fulfillment sync and ensure fulfilled orders are automatically reflected in Salesforce.

Step 1: Log in to your Salesforce account.

Step 2: From the App launcher, search for “HIC Sync made easy” and click on it.

Step 3: Then click on “Object Setup”.

Step 4: Now, enable the order fulfillment toggle button given below and click on the “Save & Next “ button.

Step 5: Now go to your “Shopify Store” and create a new “order” by clicking the “Create Order” button.

Step 6: Add the required Product and Customer details. Then, click Mark as Paid, followed by Create Order.

Step 7: After marking the order as paid, click on the “Mark as Fulfilled” button to fulfill the order.

Step 8: Add “Tracking Number” and “Shipping Carrier” details, and then click on “Mark as Fulfilled”.

Step 9: Once the order is marked as Fulfilled, copy the Shopify ID from the URL and search for it in Salesforce to verify that the record has been synchronized successfully.

Step 10: Open the Order record in Salesforce, navigate to the Related tab, and verify that the Order Fulfillment record has been created successfully.

Conclusion

Once the order fulfillment sync is configured, every fulfilled Shopify order is automatically reflected in Salesforce along with its related fulfillment record. This helps your sales, support, and operations teams work with accurate, up-to-date information without relying on manual updates.

By following the steps in this guide, you can simplify your Shopify to Salesforce workflow, reduce manual effort, and improve visibility into your order fulfillment process. A well-configured integration not only saves time but also helps your team manage customer orders more efficiently.
