How to Map Custom Fields for Shopify to Salesforce Integration

When you connect Shopify and Salesforce, default mapping may not always cover the extra data your business uses. That’s where custom mapping helps. It allows you to map custom fields and control how information flows between both systems. If you need accurate Shopify to Salesforce integration with specific data syncing, follow the steps below to set it up smoothly.

Step 1:

 First, log in to Salesforce, open the App Launcher, and search for HIC Sync Made Easy and click on it.

Step 2: Sync Made Easy comes with default Salesforce field mapping. If you want to create your own custom mapping, turn off the Toggle button.

Note:
You can turn off the toggle for all objects or only for the specific object where you want to add custom mapping.

Step 3: Open the object where you want to map fields. Scroll down and click on Add New Row.

Step 4: Select the Salesforce field and the corresponding Shopify field for mapping.

Step 5: Click Save & Next to save your changes.
