In this guide, you’ll learn how to seamlessly sync product images from Shopify to Salesforce using a powerful Shopify Salesforce connector. Whenever a product is created or updated in Shopify with an image attached, our Shopify Salesforce integration automatically transfers that image to Salesforce, no manual effort required.

The synced image will appear under the Notes & Attachments section of the corresponding Salesforce product record. By enabling this feature, you ensure a smooth and automated image sync experience between Shopify and Salesforce, keeping both platforms perfectly aligned.

Step 1: Log in to your Salesforce and navigate to “SME Settings”.

Step 2:
Go to “SME Pro Features.”

Step 3: Enable the “Products Image Sync” feature toggle button.

Step 4: Navigate to the Shopify Store and create a new product, including an image and all required fields, then save it.

Step 5:
Copy the “Shopify ID” of the product.

Step 6:
Search for the same product in Salesforce.

Step 7: Open the product record and navigate to the Related tab, then click the “Notes & Attachments” section.

Step 8: The product image will be visible as an attachment under “Notes & Attachments.”

Conclusion

Syncing product images between Shopify and Salesforce becomes effortless with a reliable Shopify Salesforce connector. Once activated, the feature keeps both platforms aligned, ensuring your product visuals stay consistent across Salesforce Shopify workflows. With seamless Shopify Salesforce integration, you save time, reduce manual work, and maintain accurate product records without any extra effort.
