Step 1: Open your Salesforce Org and navigate to the “SME Pro Features” tab. Make sure the package is installed from the AppExchange and the Shopify store connected with Salesforce.
Step 2: Enable the “Automate Lead Conversion” & “Lead Sync (Newsletter Subscribers)” Feature.
Step 3: Go to your Shopify Store and create a new Customer by clicking “Add Customer”.
Step 4: Enter all the required information and click on “Save”.
Step 5: Copy the “Customer Email address” or “Shopify ID” from the respective Customer.
Step 6: Go to your Salesforce Org and search for the copied Shopify Id or Email address in the “Search Box” (Global search).
Step 7: A “New Lead” will be Successfully Created in Salesforce.
